It conducts an initial assessment of the order, and if it receives preliminary approval, the order will be forwarded to the appropriate divisions for further evaluation and the attainment of final approval.
The technical and engineering unit concurrently determines the necessary raw materials and operations, taking into account the customer’s order specifications. They communicate the order details to the commercial unit for customer reference. Once the customer confirms the announced details, the order form is forwarded to the technical unit and other relevant departments.
