The technical and engineering department, which consists of experienced experts, evaluates the fundamental technical specifications of the order based on factors such as type, complexity, tonnage, and the number of orders received. It conducts an initial assessment of the order, and if it receives preliminary approval, the order will be forwarded to the appropriate divisions for further evaluation and the attainment of final approval.
The technical and engineering unit concurrently determines the necessary raw materials and operations, taking into account the customer’s order specifications. They communicate the order details to the commercial unit for customer reference. Once the customer confirms the announced details, the order form is forwarded to the technical unit and other relevant departments. Production planning is then conducted according to the prioritization of orders.
In the technical and engineering unit, the production of products involves carrying out reverse engineering processes and preparing two-dimensional and three-dimensional maps. Afterward, the ordered parts evaluate the parts before casting by SUTcast and Procast casting simulation programs in order to identify the suitable gating and rising system that would enable the production of parts without any types of defects.
After completing these steps, the technical information form will be prepared and distributed along with the required design and technology for the order. Additionally, the technical and engineering unit will provide the drawings to the casting modeling unit. This unit will review the drawings, taking into account the technical aspects of the casting modeling, and create the product models. The quality control unit will then approve the final product model after inspecting and verifying its dimensions according to the plan. Finally, the approved model will be sent to the production unit for casting.
